Seek Decalcomania for Marshall & Wendell Piano
By Steve Greatrex

Dear MMD, I am in the process of French-polishing my Marshall & Wendell
Ampico upright player and under the lid is an attractive gold transfer
that reads:

"Awards For Quality Of Tone And Excellence Of Construction
   Marshall & Wendell Pianos
   Built To Last Established 1836
   All Great American Expositions"

It also has several images of the medals.

My question is this: Does anyone know if this transfer has been
reproduced and if so are they available for sale somewhere and if not,
how can I save the original ? I look forward to feedback.

Regards

Steve Greatrex
(Plymouth, UK)

PS. Yes, it is still raining !
