Eastern European Music on Piano Rolls

Dear friends, I need a little help. I'm writing a study on Franz
Liszt and his influence on the ragtime and swing era. I'd be
interested to know what Liszt pieces were available on player piano
rolls in the US (from as early as possible to the twenties).
I'm also interested in getting information of any other material from
Europe (preferably Middle and Eastern Europe) which was popular in the
US (it could be through sheet music not only piano rolls). It could be
just popular folk music (polkas etc.)
Also: let me know if you can come up with European classical tunes
(i.e., serious music, of not only Liszt but any of his contemporaries
or later composers) which was turned into ragtime or jazz or used as
a theme of a rag or jazz tune (other than the 2nd Hungarian Rhapsody
and Rachmaninoff's Prelude in C#.)
Thanks for the help.
