Late last year I mentioned that I was trying to have Rolmonica rolls
available in January. I built a special rack to hold the paper that
I had specially ordered for the project. I had had the paper for
several years, but never unpacked the rolls.
To my surprise, the paper was not what I thought I had ordered. It
was too heavy and an entire song would not fit on a Rolmonica spool.
I called the company and found that they no longer made the thinner
paper and had sent their current heavier paper.
That ended the possibility of Rolmonica rolls in January.
Now I had to find a new source for the paper. My normal supplier
of music roll paper had what I needed, but they wanted to sell me
a minimum of 1000 pounds. I finally found a source of paper at only
a 200 pound minimum. However, there was a 12 week delivery time.
The paper has finally arrived. I have found a solution for the spools,
and a way to make reproduction boxes. The first batch of rolls have
been copied and edited and a listing can be found on my web page

What I thought was going to be a simple project turned into many
frustrating months.
