Thank you to Kathy Kerchner for sending Mike Kitner's hospital address
in yesterday's MMD.  Mike told me many months ago that he would be in
the hospital again for treatment, and that he hoped lots of people
would send him cards.  Chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant --
definitely not fun.

For those who don't know, Mike is a wonderful kind person, an excellent
restorer of fairground and other organs, and a good friend to many of
us and to our hobby.  He needs us right now!

** Please everyone, if you are even thinking of sending a card or a
note, do it today ** -- and send another a few days later.  Send a
bunch!  Kathy mentioned he would be in the hospital at least 2 weeks.

Life is very strange -- my elderly parents moved in with us several
months ago.  Due to their ill health, they literally took up almost
all of my time.  I have just a few days ago placed them in an assisted
living situation.  And, today for the first time in months I found a
few minutes to look at the MMD -- and there was the notice about Mike.
