I'm not certain, but I followed Mickey Sadler's suggestion and looked
at the page on the harmonium page;  see

The notes regarding the construction of a small organ look like they
are from the Wicks book.  It is very old but has some useful an
somewhat creative ideas (not the least of which is constructing pipes
out of paper).  I think the book is still available from the Organ
Literature Society.
