Seek Ariston Pressure Bar

I have just purchased an Ariston Organette and the bar which holds
pressure on the disk is missing.  Do any of you had one for sell or
can you make one.  I have secured one for copying but I need someone
to do it.  I have placed pictures at my site.  Any and all suggestions
are welcomed.
