Hi there everyone -- I can highly recommend the CD of the Royal American
shows Gavioli. I purchased this CD when it first came out a few years
ago at the Great Circus Parade. Matthew Caulfield spoke of CD's
(plural) that were available; has a second CD been released? Perhaps
Fred Dahlinger could let us know.
The first CD has some great new music, that was arranged by Tom Meijer
for it, of very typical music played in the early years of the circus:
tunes you will not hear anywhere else. If you like the sound of big
Gaviolis, this CD is a must for your collection. How about some
recordings of _real_ steam calliopes, like the original steam boats
and circuses had.
