Remember that even Steinway players don't give you back the work in
restoring them when they sell, so from an economic point of view the
Vorsetzer would have vanished into a black hole.
Keep the Vorsetzer as is, and put a Welte Licensee action in one of the
Steinways (for playing those hot recut rolls on); choose the best, and
after your unprofitable sale you'll still have something nice to play.

[ I agree with Dan: (1) Folks who enjoy pop music simply won't find
[ much for a Red Welte system, and (2) the Vorsetzer will find the
[ right home where the owner already has a favourite piano and enjoys
[ the Welte classic library. Maybe D. L. Bullock can assemble a
[ Welte Licensee action for you from parts in his warehouse!
