I have a few for sale myself (see URL below), but Ted & Irene have the
complete stock from the MBSI. You need to know the Volume and Issue
Number, and whether it is the 'Journal' or the 'Bulletin.' If the
Reblitz citation does not list them, here are some articles about the
Violano as taken from various indices of the MBSI publications. The
numbers to the right show the Volume, Issue, and Page Number (i.e.
