Database of Used Player Piano Parts
By Andy Taylor

Hello John, I will start the ball rolling by listing these parts.

I have seven complete double-valve Standard actions with 25-30-33
scale count, for Foster and most American Piano Co. uprights. Fits
most Foster, Brewster, Haines, Franklin, Kingston (some), Marshall
& Wendell and Stratford pianos.

I have an almost-complete two-tier Aeolian action (not sure of the
scale count).

Six American Piano Co. upright plates, 25-30-33. Nameplates for
Foster, and Marshall & Wendell to fit these plates too. One Baldwin
Hamilton plate.

Three complete knocked down 52" Foster Player piano cases with keybed
and keys, will fit the above named pianos (plain spade legs), one oak.

A _big_ Gulbransen twin-keyboard organ with Leslie speaker, works!
(Sounds like a big Hammond.)

Baldwin Ellington oak piano (non player) with 28-30-30 scale. Strung
back is in great shape (nice sound) and should fit most Baldwin Manualo
player cases. The piano action is brass-rail type and falling apart.
If anyone has an old Manualo player with serious soundboard or pinblock
problems, here is a solid replacement back for you! I also have a
Baldwin foot pump and an Steger Artemis foot pump.

One horrible-looking green 1922 Neuman Bros. player (for parts) with a
very unique stack. Case looks horrible and incomplete but still works,
and piano sounds nice. Same scale as most old Gulbransens.

I'm always looking for Foster & Co. pianos, complete, gutted or basket
cases, player pianos or plain pianos made by Foster. If any of you need
parts or stacks for an American Piano Co. upright, chances are I have
it. I also have reproduction artwork decals for Foster & Co. plates.

Also: I am accepting a few rebuilding jobs this winter. I have some
extra time to rebuild some stacks for those of you who are interested.
I also plan to make a limited production run of universal valve blocks
this winter, and suction boxes. Call me at 573-748-5527

Hope all this junk helps somebody with their rebuild.

Andy Taylor
