Dropped Piano Tragedy
By Joyce Brite

Since one of the piano technician's employees had his leg broken during
this incident, the injury would be considered as an on-the-job accident
and thus, the employee should be eligible for workman's compensation.

Although Tim wasn't directly responsible for the accident, he should
keep on file all documentation concerning his interactions with this
piano technician in the event a workman's comp claim is filed.
