New Boxes for Red Welte Rolls
By John McClelland

After the first of the year, I will be placing an order for several
hundred rolls boxes to fit the Red Welte (T-100) rolls. The boxes will
be 2-7/8 x 2-7/8 x 14-9/16 inches (inside dimensions,) and so will fit
all the Red rolls except the really huge ones.

They will be chipboard, the top will be covered in dark maroon paper
and will have thumbholes. They will _not_ have the wooden bump strip
for the pin end; that's something can be easily made from wood or
corrugated cardboard. The price I've gotten is $1.75 each, plus
shipping. Are any Red Welte owners out there in need of boxes to
replace their present decaying ones (like me)?
