Fairground Organ in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"
By Tom Grace

I also have wondered for many years about the fairground organ in the
movie, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit." Yes, it does have a lot of extra
"dressing" in front of it so you never get a clear shot at it.

I pose this question from Douglas Bush's post: you thought the organ
might be a 89-key Gaudin that tours in the UK; this movie was filmed
in Los Angeles, California, so how could this be?

We all know that Disney purchased a good portion of the Eakins
Collection, which included many of the large band organs. Might this
be one of them? So far I have not found a match comparing the Eakins
organs to the movie. Someone out there holds the answer, let's here
from you!
