B.A.B. to Wurlitzer 165 Roll Conversion

Because the Wurlitzer 165 has only tracker bar hole for the snare drum,
the two B.A.B. 66 snare drum tracks were combined into one in the
conversion rolls.  The only way to record the original snare drum part
would be to re-tube the 165 organ to play B.A.B. rolls.
