I received the following FAX yesterday. After having a nice phone
conversation with the owners I've sanitized the message to minimize
the chance of their getting e-mail or phone "spam". If you have
suggestions, please forward them directly to the MMD and I'll contact
the owners in about a week.
Thanks, Jody

From: Jan Bottizer
I have a Pianocorder installed in my piano and the tape cassette player
is no longer operating properly. The "play" button pops up and will
not play the tape. The system is about 13 years old and the company
that installed it is no longer in business. I have not been able to
find anyone who can fix it since everyone seems to have gone to the
newer disk-type player. I thought a service that repairs televisions,
VCRs, etc., might try to fix a tape player but they won't.
Do you know anyone in the New your City area that services Pianocorders?
I live in Westchester County, about 35 miles north of New York City.
I am also close to Fairfield County, Connecticut, Rockland County, NY,
and Bergan County, NY. Any assistance in finding a repair service would
be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Jan Bottizer
