I received Marc Elbasani's CD of band organ music. Wow!

I was particularly intrigued by one song I'd never heard before,
"Experience Unnecessary." It first caught my attention because from the
other end of the apartment I thought I heard part of "Puff the Magic
Dragon" playing.

I walked back into the room and played it again. No "Dragon" this time,
but the title's got me intrigued. Can anyone provide lyrics and the name
of the composer?
