Mirror Unfinish - Fun With Acid
By Peter Coggins

Hello, Well, my skin is still all here! But seriously, it was
quite an easy job.

I obtained some hydrochloric acid (meant for concrete and bricks) from
the local hardware and it dissolved the silver in about 15 minutes
(outdoors, wearing gloves of course!). Now it's a mirror no more!

Thanks for the advice,

Peter Coggins
