Seek Beethoven Ampico Rolls
By Jack M. Conway

Hi Group, I finally forced myself to sit down and enter my Ampico roll
collection into a database. No more bidding for rolls I already have.

While I was typing I played selected rolls. I played 59323-M, "Symphony
No. 5, 2nd Movement, Part 1, Beethoven, played by Suskind and Loesser,
conducted by Arthur Bodansky."

I love it and would like to have the whole set, which I would guess
would be 4 or 5 rolls. Does anyone have any of the rolls in this set?
Would you be willing to sell any? Has the set ever been recut? Is it
still available anywhere?

I checked the roll list for use with the PowerRoll and they are not
listed. Like Robbie, I wonder if Wayne plans to scan any more rolls.
My guess is that this set is the result of years of Wayne's scanning
and editing. I didn't find other multiple roll sets that I have but
have to wait for a couple of minutes of rewind between the rolls (very
annoying) which I assume the PowerRoll would eliminate.
