Musical Museum Auction in Deansboro, NY

For Immediate Release:  Brzostek's Auction Service, Inc. to
auction real estate and contents of historic Deansboro Musical
Museum & Lamplighter Shop!

Are you looking for the chance to purchase as many light fixtures,
accessories & musical instruments as you like?  You'll have your chance
Saturday & Sunday, September 12 & 13th at 10 A.M. when Brzostek's
Auction Service, Inc. will be auctioning off over 1,000 lots of The Old
Lamplighter Shop located at Route 12B in Deansboro, New York, with
restoration accessories and authentic antique lamps and lamp parts.

On Saturday & Sunday, September 19 & 20th, at 10 A.M. the Musical
Museum contents will be auctioned including single & double Violano-
Virtuoso, Welte Mignon reproducing piano, clavichord, calliope, grind
organs, music boxes, cylinder phonographs, bugles, melodeons, juke
boxes, J. P. Seeburg coin operated player piano, nickelodeons, band
organs & photoplayers, rare clocks, plus much more!

The Real Estate including the Museum, adjoining Diner & house will
be auctioned also on Saturday, September 19, at 9 A.M.  The Museum
features 15,000 sq. ft. single story building with loading docks,
retail showroom, enclosed old store village displays, plus two small
buildings on 2.7 +/- acres.

The Diner is single story which is currently rented, with 116' x 112'
lot, and the house is 2- story with 3-bedrooms, 1 bath and is currently
rented for $450 per month plus utilities and is on a lot of 120' x 61'.

Preview for the Lamplighter Shop & Musical Museum will be Friday,
September 11 & 18, 10-5 P.M. and also 2 hours before each auction.
The Open House for the Real Estate will be Saturday & Sunday, September
12 & 13 from 8-5 P.M.

Directions: from Exit 32 (NY State Thruway) turn right, then left onto
Route 233S.  Proceed seven miles to junction of Route 12B, turn right,
three miles to Deansboro.

This is a restorer's opportunity of the century!  Thousands of spare
parts collected for over 50 years for Seeburg, Link, Wurlitzer, Mills,
Aeolian, Regina & most other instruments of the museum.

Catalogs for Lamplighter Shop are $2.00 each or $3.00 by mail.  Color
catalogs for the Music Museum auction are $20.00 from our office or
$25.00 by mail.  The catalogs will be available August 1st.
