Strange English Aeolian Tracker Bar

It sounds to me like you have found a Farrand Cecilian Solo Carola.
The extra holes are solo mechanism holes which cause each larger cut
solo hole in the roll to play that note louder than the others.  This
was usually done with a second stack that raised the hammer of that key
as if each hammer had its own soft rail.

I would like to know if you also found any Solo Carola Rolls with two
sizes of holes cut into them.
