Survival of Coin Pianos
By Jon Guy

I think Paul Manganaro is right. There are more survivors than we can
account for. Especially the more unique types and the small cabinet
pianos.

The Violano, Seeburg K's, and other cabinet pianos, are easy to store
compared to an upright. I think I have read that the Seeburg KT has
one of the higher known survival rates.

Also, welcome to the MMD, Paul. I was sorry to hear you are no longer
buying and selling. Since I can no longer sell to you or buy from you,
how are we going to survive <grin>.
