Important Robbery in Les Gets Museum (France)

(cf my message to MMD June 30th 1998).

In Les Gets Festival, Denis Bouchet, the museum director, gave me a
list of the objects which were stolen in the "Musee de la Musique
Mecanique des Gets" (Savoie, France, ca 50 km east of Geneva) during
the night of June 5th to 6th, 1998).  You may have a look at some of

 - a musical picture with clock and ship

 - a musical metal snuff box depicting an inn scene
 - a late musical box 45 teeth
 - a musical box 43 teeth, ca 1875
 - a musical alarm clock, austrian decoration
 - a rare Restauration clock showing a barrel organ player beginning XIXth c).
 - a bronze scultpure depicting a lady with a barrel organ
 - a bronze watch stand
 - a large watch stand
 - a barometer depicting a barrel organ player
 - an automaton clock with a barrel organ player
 - two watches from the Cluses Horological museum.
