Auto-Typist Pump Powers Photoplayer
By Bob Loesch

The Auto-Typist used a four-bellows rotary pump similar in operation
to an Ampico upright or Coinola pump, save that the manifold in the
Auto-Typist pump is cast aluminum rather than wood.

At least one Auto-Typist pump is providing vacuum for an automatic
instrument: Fresno, California organ man Tom DeLay installed one in
his 3-rank Photoplayer.
