That 87-key Gavioli mentioned by Tim Blyth from Great Adventure in New
Jersey U.S.A. was in Mike Kitner's restoration shop at my last visit.
It was purchased some years ago from the park by a noted carousel
figure collector whose name escapes me. I recall the cost was only 2
or $3,000.
The organ is now owned by Jasper Sanfilippo, I believe. It's an
impressive instrument but definitely a "basket case" due to exposure
to the elements. The facade carving is very nice, and it should be
a great organ when restored.
