Seek Ampico 'A' Control Levers

Hi All,  I am looking for the set of four control levers for an
Ampico 'A'.  Any info or leads will be greatly appreciated.  Where did
the originals go?  The refinisher lost them !

FYI, I just met this customer yesterday. They were very depressed to
discover how little had been done to their Marshall & Wendel grand
considering that FOUR other technicians had worked on the unit over the
past 10-17 years.

It's hard being the bearer of bad news.
