For sale by owner:  Mason & Risch Duo-Art Grand, 6 ft., with bench.

I have not examined it in detail, but it appears to be in unrestored
original condition.  Alligatored case, probably mahogany.  Located in
Western Canada.

Player mechanism appears complete but needs full restoration.  Piano
has been maintained (tuned twice a year) and plays well by hand.  It
is currently in use by owner who is a voice teacher.  She is moving
North and has purchased a smaller piano for her studio there.  Her
family purchased it second-hand in the 1950s, at which time it was
still playing, and no pneumatic work has been done on it since then.
She is asking $4000 US.
