Good Day All,

Well... I think I have enough information to put the webpage
together. It is interesting to note that there doesn't seem
to be any general consensus regarding the problem. Therefore,
I will be using all the responses exactly as they appeared
in the MMD (as long as that is ok with Jody).

Naturally, I will be including a link to the MMD in the
section where I give credit to the digest.

If any of you would prefer that I not use your article, please
let me know and it will not be included.

I will be removing all of the email addresses unless specifically
requested to leave them in the webpage.

Once the page is done, I will send all of you the URL so that
you can examine the page before I post it so that any desired
changes can be incorporated.
