George Wright Organ Recordings

I would agree with Robbie that the King of the King of Instruments
is George Wright.  He is apparently still performing, but only
occasionally.  If you haven't heard his version of Honky Tonk Train,
you have not lived.  It proves without question that a Wurlie can
swing.  Regrettably, it does not seem to be currently in print.

Several of his CD's are available through the Theatre Organ web site.
If you haven't visited this site, it is a thorough treat if you pine
for the sights and sounds of wobbly Wurlitzers.  The URL is
