Hi all, My name is Bob, and I work professionally as a piano
technician. I became interested in, and started restoring player
pianos, reed organs, etc., eight years ago, and have restored a dozen
players and nine reed organs since that time (along with a 'Land'
camera of unknown vintage). I am presently the President of the
Cleveland Chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild.
I became interested in this BB one night while cruising the Internet,
and decided to subscribe. So far, I've been entertained and
enlightened by the postings and am happy to be a subscriber. I hope
some of my experience and knowledge will be of help to someone on this
list.
I check my e-mail virtually every day -- sometimes twice a day, just to
keep up with all my interests (far too many, according to my wife), and
since I've never been known to be shy, I'll probably join in with both
feet!! (Although, it's awful hard to hit that 'Z' key with your little
toe).
Oh, by the way -- sometimes I'm a little irreverent!
