George Bogatko's Music in RealAudio
By Karl Ellison

I have received permission to record and place on my Player-Piano
web page (http://members.aol.com/kbellison/piano.html) three of George
Bogatko's recent piano rolls, in RealAudio format:

"The Trackerbar Stomp" (QRS # 11-023-C)
Composed and played by George Bogatko,
Lyrics by Berkman & Brougher, (C)1997 QRS Music Inc.

This roll was commissioned for the 100th anniversary of the original
Pianola, this word roll. A great example of modern music for the
player-piano, this roll is exclusively available from QRS Music today.
A *must* for your 88n roll library! If this tune doesn't move you, see
a doctor!!

 "Nag, Nag, Nag" (Bam-Bam # 26428)
Composed and played by George Bogatko, (C)1995 Bam-Bam Rolls.

Bam-Bam rolls are no longer available since Bill Jelen of Bam-Bam rolls
gave up the hobby of roll making for that of family life. Immensely
complex tune that is never muddy and tastefully done. Wow George -- get
QRS to re-issue this one!

"Walkin' the Baby Home" (Bam-Bam #54436)
Composed and played by George Bogatko, (C)1995 Bam-Bam Rolls.

A snappy, staccato tune that makes you picture as the title intends ...
a parent proudly strutting junior though the park. Again, amazing
sophistication with stunning clarity.

These tunes speak for themselves, and I would like to thank George for
giving me permission to place his music on my web page.
