Skinner and Aeolian Pipe Organ Players
By Ed Gaida

These three photographs are original factory shots of pipe organ roll
player units. The first one, and the E. M. Skinner unit, has _ten_
roll-playing units mounted together. Anyone have any idea how this
might have been used? The only thing I can think of would be in a
radio station or theater.

The second is a photo of the Aeolian Pipe Organ Player with a
Concertola mechanism, which allowed the listener to select the desired
roll by pressing the appropriate button.

The final photo is of an E. M. Skinner player in a particularly "busy"
carved case.
