Wurlitzer 'Mammoth' Organ at Mechantiques
By Marty Roenigk

It was interesting to read Art Reblitz' comments about the little
Wurlitzer Monster out in Colorado (just kidding about the "little").
We own the larger Wurlitzer Mammoth (I'm not sure how they decided on
the names), which I believe is the largest military band organ
Wurlitzer (nee' DeKleist) ever built.

I just want to take this opportunity to remind MMD readers that we
are still desperately looking for rolls for this machine. They were
designated Style 160, and had 120 notes. If anyone has any or has ever
seen any I would certainly appreciate hearing.

We are also looking for book music for the Libellion book operated
music box. These cardboard folding books come in varying widths but
their distinguishing feature is a metal strip down the center for
driving the book forward. We are also looking for folding cardboard
book music for the Ariophone, which has sets of drive holes on either
side, these were 104 note. Any help would be greatly appreciated and
generously rewarded.
