Alan Rothery Died
By Brian Chesters

Hello all, Many of you in the player piano world, especially in the
UK, will be shocked to hear of the death of Alan Rothery. He was a
player-piano dealer located in Doncaster in Yorkshire. One of our
friends, Steve Greatrex, paid him a visit on Wednesday and during the
visit, he complained of feeling unwell so he was helped to bed. He
suffered a massive heart attack in the night.

He was a typical Yorkshireman, very blunt, and didn't mince his words.
He called a spade a bloody shovel. But he will be missed by many
over here.
