I have personally tuned and worked on this piano and it is in good
shape.  As I recall the case is mahogany.  It was restored 15 years ago
and is still working well.  I have not seen the piano in about 2 years
since I moved and no longer do the work for Mr. Carter, but he informs
me that he has keep it up.  He has just purchased another player and
needs the room.

The piano is located in Durham, North Carolina, and he is asking
$2,500.00.  There are no rolls included.  He has agreed to a donation
if the piano sells through the MMD.  If delivery is a problem I would be
willing to work out a deal and deliver it myself as long as the
delivery point it is within a days drive of Durham.
