Demonstration Rolls
By Peter Coggins

Hi, I have just come across my third demonstration roll and was
wondering how common these are. Were they sold to the general public
or just to the shop to demonstrate their players?

The 3 Demonstration rolls I have are from QRS, Connorized and S.M.R.
Co. The QRS and Connorized are a selection of about 5-6 tunes and the
S.M.R roll is one tune called the "Freak Waltz". They are all good
rolls and usually play different styles of music. Does anyone else
know more about these and how many roll companies made them?
