Strange Electronic Piano
By Philip Jamison

Dan Armstrong mentioned his Storytone electronic piano. I had one of
these sold under another name. It looked like a 1940s spinet, but with
doors on either side of the pedals. One side held a phonograph, the
other a radio. The piano had an ordinary plate, strings and action, but
pick-ups instead of a soundboard. I believe these were from the late
1930s.

I paid $450.00 for mine and sold it at auction for $7.00.
C'est la vie!
