Ordering Problems at The Piano Roll Shop

Starting last Friday, February 27th, our Internet Service Provider had
some problems supporting our web site's forms (www. pianorollshop.com).
These forms gather information for auction bids and catalog orders.
If you submitted bids or catalog orders between Friday afternoon and
Tuesday morning your information probably did not go through to us.
All customers should receive a verification page that confirms their
bids and catalog order.
If you received the error message "HTTP/1.1 500 Server Error" upon
submitting your form's information, we did not receive your bids and
orders.
Our Internet Service Provider has now corrected the problem on their
end and our customers can once again place bids on the auction or order
from the catalog.
Customers who placed bids and received an error message will
regretfully have to resubmit their bids and/or orders.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us
know if you have any questions or comments.
