There is a great tape of a Seeburg E playing songs of its era for $6.00
(actually $5.99). The Seeburg E has been completely restored and is in
beautiful working order thanks to Dave Bovell. The piano features 24
violin pipes and a mandolin bar in accompaniment to the piano. This tape
is of better quality than other recordings of mechanical music I've
heard. The piano is very clear and the pipes don't dominate the sound.
The songs on it are:
(Side 1) At Coney Island, The Monkey Jubilee, Classy Rag, Fort Pitt,
Let's Take A Ride On The Jitney Bus, Egyptian Maid, Don't Forget
Tonight's The Night, Piney Ridge, Dancing The Jelly Roll, Come To The
Beautiful Ragtime Ball,
(Side 2) Tally Ho, The Original Chicago Blues, The Irish Blues, I'm Just
As Good As Single, At The 5 & 10 Cent Store, Open Up Your Heart, The
Syncopated Walk, Log Cabin Rag, The Debutante, and Under the American
Flag.
The tape is available from:

[ Editor's Note:
[
[ I know all too well about P.O. Box and street address given
[ together. Here in Julian, California, the Post Office does not
[ make street deliveries. UPS and Fedex can't deliver to a P. O. Box.
[ UPS or Fedex did me the "favor" of selling my street address to
[ Dunn and Bradstreet who got very confused when mail sent to
[ my street address was returned. Don't guess. Use both addresses!
