Seek Transcription from Sheet Music to MIDI

A little off topic here, but I recently came across sheet music printed
ca. 1835 by N. Currier (Currier & Ives), and have put the piece up on
the Currier & Ives web site (including lyrics).

I want to transcribe the piece to MIDI and embed the file on the page.
It is a very interesting piece of period comic music; unfortunately it
is beyond my ability to produce the MIDI file.

Can anyone of you MMD MIDI guru's help out?  I need to figure the best
way to transcribe it, then include the MIDI file on the web page.
