Mr. Tracey and his Polyphon

I tried to send a email to Mr. Tracey and it was undeliverable.
Polyphon, like other disc makers, was in Leipzig , Germany.  The
tempo-regulator, or speed control controls then governor to vary the
speed of the music; they are touchy things, but you might want to look
at it to see if it is working okay.  Why not consider joining the
Musical Box Society International; we are all nice people and Beatrice
Robertson <brobrtsn@peganet.com> is the membership chair.
