Drum for garde champetre

Sorry, Jan, no other information for the moment, and I am ashamed that
I didn't even take a photo of it.  (But there is another, similar one
in the French Museum of Traditional Art in Paris).

It was not a toy, but a real, very serious drum -- "For Official Use
Only"!  Size is normal, i.e., between one-and-a-half and two inches
in depth, probably a good foot in diameter.  It is working very well.
