In a German catalogue I recently found a manual on restoring and
rebuilding player-piano's, written by Craig Brougher.  I assume it's
the same as the first mentioned title.

If no longer in stock: I'll be glad to inquire if the German
distributor still is ably to supply, at what price, and what would
