Rocco, I'm going to run this as an inquiry to the MMD. That's the best
way to handle this. I think that a couple of the older "out of print"
books by Arthur Reblitz might be appropriate and I think that Marty
Roenigk may have used copies in stock at reasonable prices. Ask for:
