Arthur Ord-Hume's recent Book The Musical Box (1995, Schiffer
Publishing), contains an Index of Makers, Inventors, and Patentees
which comprises Chapter 13 of the book. While extensive, it is not
easy to identify the manufacturers that are still in business from this
list.
