What you have is the spool boxes and relay for a photoplayer or Pit
organ.  I have the same parts you have.  It is supposed to have come out
of the whale's mouth console of a Link photo player.  My spool boxes are
one above the other.  Are yours?  I plan to use it to transcribe rolls to
MIDI and also hook it up to my Kilgen theater organ someday as well.

Send me photos of yours and I will do the same.  The identifying item
may be the tracker.  It is an Autopiano tracker with the Left and Right
opposing pneumatics with the valve box in between.
