Spooky Halloween Music
By Karl Ellison

As the Trick-Or-Treaters were running about the condo complex last night
(I left the sliding-glass door to the living room open and dressed as a
ghost) I played the most spookiest rolls I own, hoping to "attract some
business". For the first 30 minutes I played:

 - 88n Saint-Saens "Danse Macabre"
 - Ampico-Artigraphic Chopin "Funeral March op.35"
 - Artiso Bach "Toccata und fugue in Dm"

As I played my Autopiano, I made appropriate spooky sounds as the kids
came near the door.

The piano stole the show with the kids, who were in awe. Most of the
parents just smiled indifferently, showing little or no interest.
Perhaps they thought it was actually me that was playing. Only 3
mentioned that they were surprised to see "a real player live for the
first time in my life". I had all of 30 seconds to talk to them about
it before the kids dragged them off to the next condo.

One little girl, seeing the keys move without my touching them, asked me
who was playing the piano. I told here it was Casper, and she paused for
a moment, then giggled and ran to her father's side. Fun!
