Hi Folks: A few days ago I posted a note for 150 +or- rolls (MT) that
I have for sale. Well, after breaking them out of storage for the first
time in years, I counted 380 +or-. Now that's a lot of rolls.
About 50%-60% are classical, the rest are popular and traditional and
10% odds and ends. The majority are high-quality Aeolian-made. I do not
have a complete listing, but would be happy to supply a representative
sample list. I do not relish the thought of cataloging 400 rolls if I
can help it. Also, many of these rolls are long playing and the vast
majority are in excellent condition.
I acquired this collection 15 years ago and hope to sell intact. Asking
price is $3.00 each or make me an offer.
Also, there are some parts salvaged from the player including tracker bar
(dual 88 and 65 note transposing) with spool box, transmission, air motor
and platform. Bottom bellows complete with pedals. Free with the rolls
or to a good home.
Also I have two AUDIOGRAPHIC Duo Art rolls:
- Rubenstein's Melody in F played by Josef Hoffman
- Lizst's Dance of the Gnomes Played by Guiomar Nova
These rolls are LIKE NEW. Make offer.
Last but not least: one Ampico: Cheerie-beerie-Be, played by Harry
Shipman. Roll and Box excellent, except for small tear on leader.
Make offer. Thanks for your time
Best Regards, Fred Hickman
[ Fred, are the rolls for a 65-note piano (pin-end spools), or for
[ 88-note 9/inch pianos? -- Robbie
