Regarding the Museum in Utrecht......What a Place!  They do have a book
which is their 'catalog' of many of the wonderful pieces in the Museum.
The machines range from the earliest mechanical musical clocks to the later
Orchestrions/Band Organs, etc.   The book is hardcover and is about an inch
thick!  Price is $79.95 + $4.50 pstg.
I also have 4 of their CDs, $19.95 ea.
I have some of everything in stock at the moment...what a great idea for
Christmas presents!!
