Pin Wire for Music Box Cylinder Repinning
By Bob Van Sickle

Dear Jody,

I have just sent in my Membership Application and am looking forward to
becoming a member. However I need some help right away and was
wondering if you could help?

Someone had told me that music wire should not be used for repinning,
it is too hard and will wear the comb. Could you tell me what type of
wire is used and a place where it could be purchased, in or out of the
country? Thank you in advance for your help.

Sincerely,

Robert Van Sickle

[ I browsed through previous postings to the MMD on repinning and
[ couldn't find anything helpful. This seems like a great question.
 [ Can anyone help ?

 [ Jody
