Those old uprights made in America with the five pedals were "Wing and
Son". These were sold only by mail order at the turn of the century.
Nice cases on most of them. The last one I saw had Sustain, Mandolin,
Soft, Orchestra, and Muffler, for the five pedals. I can't remember much
more than that about it. Reader's Digest had an article about them some
five years ago I think.

[ step flat. Since that forced me to transpose the key all evening
[ I had to let the other musicians do my drinking for me! But the
